Last Updated: 03/16/2026
When unexpected updates or situations arise, businesses need communication that's quick, clear, and visually compelling. Often, this urgency places communicators in a tough spot: they may rush to create messages that are fast but fail to engage the audience, or they may wait to consult a designer for brand consistency, risking delays in delivering time-sensitive communications.
With Quick Post, you can effortlessly generate screen-ready signs or notices using its user-friendly interface and advanced features like AI enhancements and Style Packs, making content design simpler than ever.
Quick Post is ideal for a wide range of updates, from operational changes like meeting rescheduling and IT alerts to health and safety advisories covering emergency procedures and temporary access restrictions. It ensures that messages reach every employee, regardless of their location, keeping all staff members well-informed and engaged.

Easy content management with Quick Post

Manage posts allows you to view the full feed of posts within your app instance. Multiple users can contribute to the same app instance to create a stream of posts. With manage posts you can:
- Manually hide posts or set them to disappear automatically after a certain number of days, ensuring your communications are always up-to-date and relevant.
- Expand or collapse your post to view the entire text.
- Edit existing posts, removing the requirement to create a whole new post. This currently only applies to the text but will be enhanced further to allow adding or removing images.
- Delete posts, preventing a post from ever appearing on screen again.
Configure how to display a post

Set post duration: Set how long each post displays for while in a Channel or Playlist before moving on to the next post within your Quick Post app instance.
For example, as each post displays for 10 seconds, setting it to display for 30 seconds means you can cycle through three different posts. This is a good way to filter through more information and keep your audience engaged if they only have a few moments to look at a screen before carrying on with their work day.
Resume playback from the last post: You can also set the post to resume playing from the last post. Meaning when you set this app instance in a Playlist or Channel, it will display from the last post instead of playing from top to bottom each time to ensure every post is seen within the feed.
Upload multiple images

Now, you can upload and display up to four images per post within your Quick Post app instance. Your post will then rotate through your uploaded images, making your content more dynamic and engaging.
Generate content for screens using Quick Post AI

Quick Post’s user-friendly interface now includes AI enhancements, making it easier than ever to create screen-ready content, signs, and announcements without any design skills.
Upload text-heavy documents like PDFs, webpage URLs, and images, and let Quick Post’s AI extract the text to use within your post. This simplifies content creation and allows you to reuse existing assets, transforming them into screen-perfect designs for digital signage.
Text box summarization
Quick Post also allows you to summarize text entered directly into a text box, ensuring your messages are concise and impactful.
Easily style your designs with Style Packs

Once you have your content ready, you can select one of the available style packs to help provide a different look and feel for your messages.
With Style Packs, you can choose from an array of new designs, either a circular or angular style depending on your preferences, and utilize Channel Themes to further customize the look and feel of your content, making it easy to create stunning content without requiring any design skills.
If you wish to adjust the app's color, you can use Channels and themes in Studio. To learn how to create a new theme and apply it to your channel, please see here. Applying a theme to your channel also allows you to include your logo with the app design, as seen below.
